The villa is within 10 minutes walking distance from Playa de Troya, to be reached by a footpath completely free of motorised traffic. In Playa de las Américas you can enjoy the longest hours of sunshine on the whole island.

In the immediate vicinity of the villa – less than 5 minutes away – lie the most essential services such as supermarket, chemist, restaurants, banks and well-known attractions such as the Siam Park waterpark and the Magma convention centre. Not very far away lie Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje where you will be able to shop for famous international brands, eat in exclusive restaurants and visit the ports from where you can take a trip to watch the pilot whales.
