The Villa
Villa Atlantida is one of the most beautiful properties for long term rental in the south of Tenerife.
Situated in an open and quiet environment, and yet near to everything, this chalet with its tropical garden of more than 1 000 m2, its ample interior and exterior spaces, its exquisite decoration and its state-of-the-art technology, is able to satisfy the most demanding guests. Visitors enter through the electric gate straight into the garage area. From here, they have access to the ground floor and garden via outdoor stairs or –in the case of handicapped guests- via an elevator.
On this ground floor we find the lounge, dining room, kitchen, several terraces (both covered and open), the suite of 70 m2 with its own large bedroom, a sitting-room including a sofa with fold-out bed for two people, a bathroom with its shower and bathtub and separate WC –all equipped for up to 3 handicapped people or 4 non-handicapped.
An interior stairway leads to the upper floor with its three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and spacious private terrace (see “bedrooms”).
From the main floor there is also access to the basement where a laundry room with all modern equipment is at the visitors’ disposal. On this level there is also extra space for storage or any other use.

| The spacious lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas, includes a fireplace and has TV, audio and video equipment installed. It opens out onto the garden through wide sliding doors.The dining room connects directly with the lounge. It lies at a slightly higher level and holds a large table for 12 people. Like all the other rooms in the house it is bright and sunny. It also has direct access to the garden.
As alternative option, there is a second dining table on the terrace beside the pool where there is also a barbecue. |
In the garden, in front of the villa, the heateable swimming-pool is surrounded by a spacious area for sunbathing, with parasols and comfortable deck chairs. The swimming pool is treated with a salt solution (not chlorine) and its crystal clear water can be kept at a temperature of 26º C. An external shower offers hot and cold water immediately after swimming.Between the house and swimming pool there is a wide terrace with a large table for outdoor meals – an automatic awning provides shade when needed.In the big garden, mainly covered by a thick lawn, there are tropical trees and plants such as banana, papaya and mango trees and a wide variety of shrubs flowering in many bright colours. |
