Villa America is a charming holiday villa – surrounded by a lush garden with a private swimming pool. This 2-storey villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms (see the floor plans) provides accommodation for a total of 6 persons. The carefully decorated interior creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The villa is fully equipped and enjoys an excellent price/quality ratio for long term rental in Tenerife South.

| The choice of materials and accessories gives the villa a warm and welcoming feeling. The combined living and dining areas are at different levels divided by two steps. The glass and wood dining table seats six as does the comfortable seating arrangement in the living area.Two sliding doors open onto the charming terrace surrounded by flowers where there is a teak table ideal for outdoor meals and relaxed conversations. | In the large, sunny garden you will find flower beds, a well-kept lawn and the swimming pool with parasols and deck chairs. The lush surrounding vegetation confers a feeling of privacy. At the back of the villa there is an external shower with hot and cold water for a relaxing shower at any time of the day or night. |
